RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you are not satisfied with the jewelry, accessories, or socks you have purchased, you can review our return conditions below.
Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your products. Unfortunately, requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
- Jewelry: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for used jewelry items. Jewelry to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.
- Accessories: Accessories to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Socks: For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted for socks only if they are unused.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at tinytreasureslondonuk@gmail.com Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and return shipping information.
Return Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer. Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. In the case of faulty or damaged products, the shipping cost will be covered by us, and the product will either be replaced or refunded.
Exceptions:
- Returns are not accepted for discounted or promotional items.
- Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for used socks and jewelry.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received, its condition will be inspected, and the return will be approved. After approval, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, you can return the current item and place a new order.
